About these terms
These terms apply to your use of agency.batanat.com (the "site"), which is operated by Batanat ("we", "us") from Nairobi, Kenya. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
The site describes our AI agent services and lets you contact us, book a discussion, and apply for a role. The information on it is general and is provided in good faith, but it is not a quote, an offer or professional advice. Prices, timelines and results shown here or in case studies are indicative and depend on the scope of a specific project.
Working with us
Enquiring through the site, or having a discussion with us, does not create an engagement. We only provide services under a written proposal or agreement signed by both sides. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies for those services.
Neema, our AI booking assistant
Neema is an AI agent. She can answer questions about Batanat and book discussions, but she can make mistakes and she cannot agree prices, scope or contracts on our behalf. A meeting is confirmed only when you receive a calendar invitation from us. We may decline a request, or reschedule a booking, if it is not a fit or if we have a conflict. Please do not share confidential or sensitive personal information in the chat. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully, or to send false, misleading or abusive content;
- attempt to break, overload or bypass the security or rate limits of the site, the chat or our forms;
- try to manipulate Neema into acting outside her role, or scrape the site at a scale that affects its performance;
- upload files that contain malware, or that you do not have the right to share.
We may block access, or remove submissions, if these rules are broken.
Job applications
You confirm that what you submit is accurate and yours to share. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or a job. We use your application as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The site, including the text, design, logos, agent names and characters, images and video, belongs to Batanat or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, adapt or reuse our material commercially without our written permission. Client names and logos appear with their consent and remain their property.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and relies on third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google and Netlify. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we may change or remove content at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or Neema. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
